Spotlight On Provider Resources

Because excellence is something that needs to be maintained, Cooley Dickinson provides a world of resources to keep providers at the forefront of their fields.

During the most recent Heart Health Month, we presented weekly talks on cardiac issues, kicked off by Dr. Nandita Scott, Co-Director of Mass General Hospital’s Corrigan Women’s Heart Health Program, and followed by presentations from Cooley Dickinson cardiologists.

On an ongoing basis, we offer CME grand rounds from Massachusetts General Hospital on a variety of topics. We also invest in providers with communications and leadership training via the Cooley Leadership and Learning Program, fostering better dialogue, faster solutions and improved care. And we offer paths to leadership positions for MDs, NPs, and PA-Cs who show an interest and talent for shaping the organization.

Additionally, Cooley Dickinson supports providers with robust marketing efforts, to help connect caregivers with the community. We understand the importance of setting aside resources to promote your business and educate those you serve about your capabilities.

“My position is pretty unique, where I meld together a leadership role as well as my clinical role. And Cooley Dickinson has been 100 percent supportive of that, in growing leadership through training and learning how to balance the ebbs and flows of your work with your life.”
