We know you work hard. All full- or and part-time employees at Cooley Dickinson (20 hours or more per week) are eligible to receive our generous benefits package effective with their first day of employment, which includes:

Opportunities for Growth

At Cooley Dickinson, new knowledge, technologies, and protocols are continually improving patient safety and patient care. In addition to our clinical Professional Development department, and department-level support for specific skill and knowledge development, Cooley Dickinson Health Care has a formal Leadership and Learning Program to develop and enhance leadership and change management skills in the most comprehensive, systematic way.
Cooley Dickinson employees are also eligible to attend college courses and earn degrees online at low or no-cost through our relationship with the accredited, non-profit College for America program at Southern New Hampshire University.
