Dr. Brett Denhart was born and raised in Auburn, CA located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California. He received his bachelors degree at the University of California at Santa Barbara. He continued on to complete his dental degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with honors in 1997. During this time he also completed a medical student fellowship in Pathology at the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He then went on to complete his medical degree at Harvard Medical School in 1999. Dr. Denhart completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston in 2002.
Prior to joining McNally Brothers in 2014, Dr. Denhart has been in private practice in Chicopee, MA providing a full range of services, including dental extractions, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, oral pathology and maxillofacial trauma. Dr Denhart has a particular interest in bone grafting techniques and reconstruction as it relates to dental implants. Dr. Denhart is on staff at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, as well as Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
Dr. Denhart lives in Northampton with his wife, four children, dogs and chickens. His interests outside of oral surgery include aviation, downhill skiing and swimming.
