My approach to care begins with listening closely to the patient, then addressing their concerns with a balance of evidence-based practice, kindness, and compassion.
Biography
After graduating from Central Connecticut State University with an English degree, Caitlin decided that teaching was not her passion. She returned to school to become certified as an EMT and loved the fast pace and constant challenges, and continued on to nursing, working as an Emergency Room nurse for over 10 years, and continuing to learn more each day along the way. Wanting to advance her education, she earned her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and pets, exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, and baking.
