My Philosophy

My therapy practice blends the most effective and efficient manual therapy techniques with sound exercise physiology and strength and conditioning principles to promote healing and advance wellbeing.

Dr. Quinney grew up active in sports, playing tennis, running cross country, and focusing on basketball. After high school he opted not to pursue college basketball for which he was recruited but joined the U.S. Navy where he served for six years. After separating from the Navy, he obtained his personal training certification and worked as a personal trainer while getting his degree in nutrition and eventually moving on to physical therapy school. He continues to be passionate about exercise and nutrition focusing predominately on kettlebell and weighted clubbells as his preferred fitness modality.
