The Community Forum will be an opportunity to share your thoughts about the impact of Alzheimer’s disease on your family or the community and to provide input on how we can better meet the needs of the community. Learn about the early warning signs of Alzheimer’s, risk factors, available resources for families, and join a discussion on how we can make our community more Dementia Friendly.
