Childbirth Refresher Class

Expecting another baby?

Join us for a one evening ZOOM Refresher Class, to celebrate and prepare to welcome a new baby to your family.

We will reflect on your previous birth(s) and look at the differences in this pregnancy and what labor will be like as you create your Wish List/Birth Plan and move into a new birthing time.

Topics include:

• An overview of labor
• Medications and interventions
• Breathing and relaxation techniques-comfort strategies
• Sibling relationships, your older child(ren), and a new baby

The class runs from 6-8 pm. The fee for the class is $45.
