In its simplest form, grief yoga aims to release anxiety and stress through movement and breath. On a deeper level, it recognizes that the body takes in and stores what it experiences. Through a series of breathing techniques and gentle body movements, the body is liberated from stored negative energy.

Join us for a weekly drop-in time to connect with your grief through yoga. Brian Mulligan will be leading the group with gentle breathing techniques and yoga. Brian has been practicing since 2016 and leading yoga classes for three years.

Class runs 3 weeks: January 20, 27, and February 3.
