This is a drop-in support for parents and babies up to 8 weeks postpartum. It is a parachute for when you’ve been dropped into new parenthood and an opportunity to connect with other new parents. A midwife and lactation specialist will be available to answer questions.

No registration required. Come as you are. We get it.

The group will be held on Mondays from 11 am to 12:30 pm on the following dates:

  • April 29, 2024
  • May 20, 2024
  • June 24, 2024

Facilitated by:

Rachel Marino is our Director of Midwifery, a full-scope midwife and former clinical instructor at Boston University School of Medicine and a former Peace Corps volunteer with a strong dedication to public service and to her patients’ well-being.

Lisa Fitzgerald supports new families as they maneuver the important and delicate path of feeding their newborn. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, she teaches prenatal infant feeding classes and works with both inpatient and outpatient families at Cooley Dickinson. Lisa is also an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with infants and families.
