S.T.A.B.L.E. is the most widely distributed and implemented neonatal education program to focus exclusively on the post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick and at-risk infants. This course is designed for Newborn Providers (MD / OD / PA / NNP), Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Students, & EMT’s.
The course is based on a mnemonic to optimize learning, retention and recall. S.T.A.B.L.E. stands for the six educational modules in the program: Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support / Quality Improvement. The course stresses the professional responsibility of improving and evaluating care provided to sick and at risk infants.
The S.T.A.B.L.E course is one day, 8 am – 4:30 pm with a course fee of $100.
