We are offering both virtual visits and in-person visits. Telephone and virtual (video) visits allow you to conveniently see your provider from home, from your computer or mobile phone.
In-person visits are the traditional, face-to-face visits you are used to and are appropriate when the provider needs to examine you or if you need specific tests done.
Contact your provider directly to see if a virtual visit is right for your care.
Launch your virtual visit using zoom.
You can schedule an appointment with your provider directly from Patient Gateway.
You will need an active Patient Gateway account to access virtual visits. If you do not have an active account, please call 800-745-9683.
Your virtual visit will be via Zoom. This connection via Zoom ensures a private and secure meeting with your provider.
