Parent Education

COVID-19 Update:
While we are unable to offer our classes in person during this time, we are offering a real-time virtual 5-week condensed Childbirth Education Class with a focus on Deep Relaxation as well as an Introduction to Infant Feeding class.

Our knowledgeable parent education instructors offer a variety of classes for expectant and new parents. Experienced, certified instructors teach both prenatal and postpartum programs.

Our goal is to help you prepare for the birth of your child and to offer support and education as you adjust to a new life with your baby. The education you will receive in our parent education classes is designed to complement the care provided by the obstetricians and certified nurse midwives as well as other members of your care team.

Thank you for your interest in our parent education programs. We look forward to meeting you.
