Care during COVID-19
If you are a patient at Cooley Dickinson Medical Group Infectious Disease Care, our goal is to continue to take care of you during the current health care crisis while keeping you safe. While we are temporarily limiting in-person visits to those which cannot be delayed, we are available to provide telephone and virtual visits during our regular clinic hours. If you would like to arrange a telehealth appointment, please call our office at 413-582-9186 and choose option “1”.

Infectious Disease Care at Cooley Dickinson Health Care is provided by Joanne Levin, MD, William J. Swiggard, MD, PhD, and Eric V. Granowitz, MD. We aim to provide timely, caring and thorough evaluation and treatment of patients from Western Massachusetts for all infectious diseases. We treat patients in a judgment-free environment that respects all cultures, races, religions, sexual orientations and lifestyle choices, and our treatment remains focused solely on helping people prevent, treat and manage disease.
